Teacher Professional Development

Through our Professional Development programs, educators will gain a deep understanding
of Finnish pedagogy and how to leverage its strengths to enhance teaching effectiveness.
They will develop skills to observe and analyse student performance through data, enabling them to refine their teaching methods and drive better student outcomes. Educators will also build key technological skills, learn how to implement play- and discovery-based learning approaches, and strengthen their ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents to create
a supportive, dynamic learning environment.
