Lil Bo Peep Extended – NEP Foundation Program
In Grades 1 and 2, we bridge the gap between Early Years and primary education, along with alignment with CBSE and Cambridge. As children settle into formal schooling, we gradually introduce more complex concepts, striking a balance between academic rigor and social-emotional growth. Language and Literacy Development and Mathematical Development continue to make foundational numeracy and literacy, stronger. Aesthetic and Cultural Development build on self-expression and creativity. Socio-Emotional Learning, Ethics, and Environmental Studies build on topics like “Me and My Community” and “Exploring My Environment”. Transversal Studies encompass multi-disciplinary learning and 21st-century skill development. Physical Growth and Development expands on healthy habits, physical fitness, and sensorial perceptions. What students learn (the curriculum) is taught in a way that is thoughtfully planned and executed (pedagogy). This might involve project-based learning, problem-solving tasks, group projects, and the use of technology to enhance learning experiences, preparing them for both academic success and life skills.
